Position: Technology Services Supervisor, Network Analyst
When to Contact Directly:
Technical issues regarding the Internet or Wireless network (ie, Guest network access issues, Internet connection issues, etc).
General questions/support on all Technology issues in the Division that are not suitable for service requests (for example, general discussions regarding the future plans for Technology in the Division, questions about the support being provided by the Technology Department, etc)
Tech non-emergencies should always be submitted as a ticket through Asset Planner.
I have been with Palliser since August 2008. I love the challenges and rewards that supporting Technology in an educational setting provides. If there is something that the technology in a classroom cannot currently do, let me know and I'll endeavor to find a way to make it work.
Current Projects/What Am I Working On?
Palliser Wireless network upgrade
Palliser's current wireless infrastructure has reached "end of life". I am in the process of installing a new network that will bring us up to current industry standards (WiFi 6 for those in the know)
